Description:RNAseq (with probes) component of GeoMx (NGS) dataset: These GeoMx spatial transcriptomics datasets were generated from term human placenta FFPE sections using the Whole Transcriptome Atlas assay. Guided by morphological markers, automated cell segmentation was used to define and profile regions of interest encompassing the major placental cell types, including extravillous trophoblast, syncytiotrophoblast, and endothelial cells.
