Description:MCF10A cells were seeded, allowed to attach overnight in full growth medium, and then treated with the indicated compound for the indicated amount of time. Cells were lysed, and then assayed for either Cyclin D expression or Cleaved PARP (apoptosis). No detectable Cleaved PARP signal was observed in the conditions tested. Tubulin signal was used as loading control.
