PR002305 (Project)

Description:Targeted metabolomics (LC-MS/MS) on zebrafish larvae samples from a novel human Primary Mitochondrial Disease (PMD) Complex I (CI) deficiency model generated by introducing a deletion to the NDUFS2 gene using CRISPR/Cas9 technology. Healthy zebrafish larvae were to test for differences in metabolite concentrations between healthy and diseased larvae.
