Description:1.Short-term 5-MeO-DiPT exposure alters 27 zebrafish brain metabolites and 9 key metabolic pathways. 2.5-MeO-DiPT disrupts neurotransmitter and amino acid metabolism, impairing neural and immune functions. 3.5-MeO-DiPT changes nicotinamide, guanine and taurine levels linked to neurotoxicity and inflammation. 4.This metabolomic and behavioral study reveals 5-MeO-DiPT’s toxic risks and fills its mechanism gap.
