Description:We analyzed untargeted 'primary metabolites' (carbohydrates and sugar phosphates, amino acids, hydroxyl acids, free fatty acids, purines, pyrimidines, aromatics, exposome-derived chemicals) in plasma from high fat diet-fed (60% kcal, Research Diets Cat# D12492) DIO male and female mice treated for 12 days with FGF21 (0.2mg/kg/d, i.p.) or saline (n=11-13/group).
