Description:This dataset includes spatial transcriptomics and proteomics data from the whole brains of female C57BL/6 mice at 3 and 26 months of age, obtained using the Nanostring CosMx Spatial Molecular Imager. The brains were perfusion-fixed, hemisected, and then processed into one sagittal block from the right hemibrain and anterior/posterior coronal blocks from the left hemibrain. CosMx RNA and protein panels were performed on all sections.
