Description:Nanostring GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiler was used on four human liver formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues samples. Two samples had normal liver pathology (ages 26 and 29) and two samples were diseased (ages 70 and 77). A slide was prepared with 5 um tissue sections of each sample. Regions of interest (ROIs) were selected based on liver zonation including zone 1-periportal, zone 2- midlobular, and zone 3- pericentral. Transcript probes were collected from three to four ROIs from each zone per sample.
