Description:Spatial transcriptomics with 10X Genomics Visium performed successfully on seven human liver formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues samples. A 5 µm section of each tissue was placed directly onto each 6.5 x 6.5 mm capture area of two Visium Spatial Gene Expression Slides. Slides were processed together according to the 10X Genomics Visium Spatial Gene Expression for FFPE procedure with the Visium Human Transcriptome Probe Kit.
