Description:This collection contains clusters of individual assembly annotations (refer "hmgi2" collection) from palatine_tonsils samples, which were generated using usearch v8.1.1861. Proteins were compared at a 90% identity cut-off and those overlapping were considered redundant and removed, resulting in a non-redundant catalog of bacterial proteins. Output is provided as an amino acid multifasta file.
