Description:QC and Merged reads: Sequencing center deposited metagenome sequence for SRS1054716 sample to SRA where human DNA was removed. HMP DACC downloaded metagenome from the SRA. The SRA native format read files were converted to FASTQ, and were concatenated per read direction to create a single pair of FASTQ files for SRS1054716. FASTQs were converted to unaligned BAM and exact duplicates removed. All reads were trimmed and length filtered. WMS reads and accompanying metadata are available at the SRA and dbGaP under two studies: SRP002163 and SRP056641.
