Description:Multiplexed immunofluorescence microscopy collected by the Biomolecular Multimodal Imaging Center (BIOMIC) at Vanderbilt University. BIOMIC is a Tissue Mapping Center that is part of the NIH funded Human Biomolecular Atlas Program (HuBMAP). Multiplexed immunofluorescence images were collected with the Akoya Phenocycler Fusion 2.0 using the ATTO550, Alexa Fluor 647, and Alexa Fluor 750 barcodes.
