Description:Spatial transcriptomics with 10X Genomics Visium performed on two human liver formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissues samples. One sample had normal liver pathology (age 32, female) and one sample with mild steatosis and fibrosis (age 42, female). Slides were prepared with 5 µm tissue sections and the10X Genomics Visium CytAssist instrument was used for probe transfer to the 6.5 x 6.5 mm Visium capture slide.
