Description:This upload supersedes the one originally done in December 2023. It contains exactly the same raw data files (FASTQ) for the same 83 sample datasets, for uterus/ovary/Fallopian tube. The only things that have changed are: 1) a correction to one field in the Visium-RNAseq metadata file (the "library layout" for all samples); and 2) new OME-TIFF files, with the exact same image data as before, but with corrections to the metadata in the XML header of each file. : ./Visium_9ORM_A4_S2_2slice
